Backlit Keyboard Case Touch for Lenovo Tab P12 12.7" 2024/2023 (TB370FU), Bluetooth Keyboard with Trackpad & Twill Cover Case & Adjustable Kickstand for Lenovo Tab P12

When I got the keyboard I tried it and it connected easily. But, it was advertised as being able to connect 3 devices so I went about trying to connect my other devices and the Bluetooth connection got messed up, and it wouldn't pair. I was preparing to send it back, but decided to give customer service a try. They responded quickly and instructed me how to reset the keyboard, now it works flawlessly. Turns out that it was the wrong instruction manual sent with the device. It only supports one connection. But since it connects easily, I just sync it to the next device and continue typing away. Besides it is not like you can use 2 devices at one time, and the switching key combination is very similar to the bluetooth syncing key combo, so it really does not make a difference. p.s I typed this review with this keyboard. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a petite bluetooth keyboard. Without hesitation.

The keyboard is great, easy to connect, easy to use, the lights work perfectly and they can be adjusted. Everything with the keyboard is great.But the case on the other hand.... The holes are slightly bad cut, I can only note it when I try to unlock it with fingerprint because I can't put my finger comfortably on the button, but the charging port, speakers and volume buttons are fine. The magnets that hold the keyboard in place are not really strong, the keyboard moves around and falls from the case quite easily, and I'm not a fan that when you tilt the tablet, the keyboard has to slide back until it is out of the case and the if there's nothing to hold it, it will fall, so using it in your hand is quite troublesome.The case still feels very strong and well made and I like that it protects and holds the stylus in place. It's almost as thick as a notebook when closed. And when I use it on a table or desk the magnet problems of the case ain't a big deal so I do think it's woth it. Would be cool if there were other colors for the case though.

Okay for one, I love the material. It's not the fake leather, I hate fake leather so much! It's just nice, regular plastic that appears very sturdy. Nice tactile feel. I do not love that the keyboard detaches so easily, it falls right off. Also there's no kickstand to prop it up. You have to move the keyboard in order to use it and prop the tablet up with the built-in stand in the case.That being said I am very surprised that this was super high quality! Because lately I haven't had such good experiences with non-brand name accessories like this. This is a keeper! I am very happy and relieved not another return.The keyboard looks high quality! Although I actually haven't connected it yet I'm sure it'll be fine, And I'm really happy that it recharges with a USBC instead of a micro USB.

It did not even connect with the tablet

Great case, great value, everything is easy to use, fits perfectly. Even has a gap for the pen. Connection is great.

Was hoping it would hold tablet in place while I used it but it's not very sturdy

Did I mention it's heavy?The Bad:The case does not properly close when the pen is attached to the back magnet.You'll either need to remove the keyboard from the case or move the pen to the provided loop along the side (which is why it's probably been added to the case).Suggestion:If the tablet itself could be removed from the case magnetically, like the keyboard, the case would be much more practical for users who want to hold the tablet and not just use it in a desktop configuration.
