Happy with service arrived a week early and contacted me by email to let me know day of delivery and time slot, just make sure you got someone around to help carry settee in as we only had one delivery man. The settee is comfortable and looks nice we are very happy with purchase, you just have to make sure you push the back cushions in right as it may seem like the one cushion up the corner is too big to fit but it fits in perfect if you push it in hard enough.

I was a bit sceptical from looking at some other reviews but luckily I was pleasantly surprised. I was unaware it basically comes as a flat pack you have to put together yourself which posed it's own issues as there was 1 bolt missing so had to take a trip to b&q to get a matching one to be able to finish building. But once it was all put together it looks OK, all the cushions fit. Not a huge fan of the arm cushions being attached by velcro would have preferred zip fastening for better sturdiness. But over all it has a nice firm feel to it and is comfortable to sit in.

Normally I would never buy a sofa online but I needed something that could be delivered by a set date.ProductAs described. Decent enough quality. I need to defluff it but that's a side effect of chunky cord. Me, my 7 year old son and my two 11 week old kittens all find it comfortable.All the cushion covers are removable so ideal for washing.DeliveryThey tried to deliver it earlier than the timescale but due to it being inconvenient for me they rescheduled. Gave me 48 hours notice of delivery but they did ring and e-mail asking for me to confirm the delivery. One man curbside delivery service, that is in the description before and during and after the sale. The delivery driver did help me carry it into the house. As a single female I found the delivery driver very friendly and helpful.On the whole I am happy with the product and delivery.

Delivery was late with no explanation. Chair is all cushion and hardly any seat. Back is firm enough but very low. Picture is deceiving. Not really worth the price in my opinion. But on the plus side, (yes, there is one) the young man who delivered the chair, David, was wonderful. Polite, helpful, and lovely manners. He deserves a mention.....

I can't put zero stars, I wish I could. It looks ok when it's been rearranged/straightened up after sitting on it. OK is generous, it looks awkward, the cushion seats, backs and arms don't fit properly, even after numerous attempts to align them. The moment it's sat on the cushions move. If you don't lean back you might be alright but so disappointed with this it has had me in tears.

love this so comfy and big it is a bit bigger than i had anticipated but not so that its huge .... would recommend buying great price too

Purchased this sofa and it is very comfy but I have had it less than 2 months and the arm part underneath is ripped. The velcro sticks to the fabric rather than the other velcro part. Meaning it rips your fabric straight away. I have tried to contact seller via email and phone call and had zero joy. The delivery of the sofa was okay, I say okay as it was literally signed for and left on the door step while I struggled to get it into the house with a toddler and on my own. Overall I wouldn't purchase again as I can't even get into contact with Abakus direct to try resolve my problem. I'm ringing all numbers provided on my warranty card.

This was delivered fully assembled, although quality assurance somehow allowed the sofa to go out without any feet attached or in the package. Abakus customer service did courier out the four feet for me to attach. I took the opportunity to add Teflon sliders to the feet before bolting on.The grey chenille fabric covers most of the sofa with sections of black vinyl on the front and all over the back. I found the seat squabs and springs quite firm but I expect they'll 'give' with use. The sofa include two cushions in the same chenille fabric. The grey is quite neutral so fits with most decors.The sofa arms are quite wide which I specifically wanted to put a laptop on. This works very well, you can sit and type with the laptop secure on top of the arm. However it does mean there's less width given over to seating; although 180cm wide the actual seat width is quite a bit less.All in all, for under £500 I'm quite pleased with this sofa.
