Very pleased cuts card and paper great. Saves me getting out my larger cutter which gives me space for other things.

Thus is a great , neat trimmer/ cutter.It worked perfectly and I love the fact that it has spare blades.Good price too.

The kids keep taking my paper cutter so i got them one of their own, great size for small projects and came with several new blades for it. Very happy as are the kids

The media could not be loaded. This is a very light weight but capable slide cutting guillotine.Thankfully this is safety first and should be safe for children to use. The blades are self contained and need to be pressed down into the paper before sliding along the guide before any cutting will happen. This should mean no fingers are going to be harmed.It's not very big though, so you are going to be limited by the amount of trimming you're doing. Ideally, you'd want plenty of space around the edge so you can trim off the excess. Since this accepts around 22cm width, it will accept A4 size paper, However, if you want to cut A4 length ways you're not going to be able to do this as A4 length is 29.7CM, this only accepts up to 22CM. Realistically going to be cutting much smaller things down to size or trimming your larger ones with scissors first and then using this to give them a proper straight edge…Or not. I say that because it does have a retractable protractor at the bottom that you can measure the angle of the cuts you're doing. I've only ever wanted to do 90 degree cuts to get right angles, but the option is there. It also has a measurement on there for length if you're wanting to properly size things as well, pretty useful in that regard.The plastic is of course printed with squares and the lines for the angles as you'll probably want to use them as I normally do, rather than the bevelled edges on the left and right. Just keep in mind that because this is a slide cutting mechanism, the blade is in the middle of the guide. The base does have a recess so you can locate the cutting edge, and the guide does lift up for easy of access, but it's not super accurate. It is within 1mm, and I'd say and that's probably enough for most people once they get used to using it.I've used it to trim the pictures I've been printing out on my little thermal printer. The cutter is light weight small enough that it's easy to manage with the smaller items without much of a problem.
