The color red gives it a wow factor.. I.love it
The moment I saw this laptop, I knew this was what I had been looking for. I love red. It was an extra bonus to know I could have a laptop, with great review and great quality. I was all in. I am not experienced with using a laptop, so I am learning as I go. I always wanted my own, so God made provision for me to get one as a gift from my sister. I am delighted. I work in an office setting and deal with computers all day, but having a personal device at home, is different. Luckily, my sister guided me all the way with the set up. After the set up, I was good to go. I am thankful to receive this gift and even more excited that it is of great quality, and it has giving me great service. I would highly recommend this laptop. When it arrived, I was all smiles. Looking forward in receiving great usage from this one device.

Great laptop at a low price
This laptop is a great low-price machine for general use. I haven’t done anything extremely resource heavy with it, but it runs some decently heavy duty stuff with ease. The only thing I don’t like about it is the small hard drive, but that really isn’t a product issue - it’s just the product. For general use it’s great, but I would recommend going bigger if you need to have a lot of larger applications.

Decent computer for a great price
I wish it was backlit. It is a funky keyboard, but overall, it is a very good computer for the price. It is light and the computer functions as advertised. It is missing the little things, and I did not realize half the storage was on a memory stick but that was my fault. I use it mainly for writing and listening to music online. It has decent sound. Overall, I am happy wih my purchase so far.

Do your research
A reminder that you get what you pay for. Thought a beautiful red laptop from a reputable brand was a no-brainer and great deal. Instead, I have a product that has never worked well. The first few times using it crashed multiple times. I thought maybe it just needed the latest software updates and virus protection. 6 months later of doing everything I know how to do on my end, of course restarting regularly, clearing cookies, keeping up with aforementioned updates, now the laptop doesn’t even turn on long enough to use it. Yes it’s fully charged. I guess I will have to take it to tech support to help me figure out the problem. Watched a documentary on how Amazon is dealing with a problem of sellers selling used products as if new. Wondering if that’s what’s going on here. Hope not.

Needed for school
The media could not be loaded. I haven't used a laptop since 2013 so it's been a big change for me to get used to this laptop. It's pretty user friendly, light, speed is great, i love that it can read things out to me which makes learning so much easier, and audio is great. No issues so far since purchase of this laptop. I did read the reviews before purchasing so I'm glad I did.

Super functional and super cute - great price, too!
Things I love: size, screen, red color, price, speed, weight, and windows 11 is included.Things I didn’t love: that it tried to make me pay/upgrade for windows 11 when I first powered it up. I was super confused so I just skipped it and I had everything.Would definitely buy again though!

Gotta love HP and their tech support... *Sigh*
For what it is, it's okay. It's nothing like the HP laptop that I had previously and died. This one with Windows 11 built in is insisting that I use it's OneDrive to store my pictures on it's cloud server is really annoying, especially since after the one year free use and unlimited storage is going to cost me $$$ that I really rather spend on eating and keeping a roof over my head. It's as if these A-Holes have a license to extort money from you. Force you to use a service that you do not have a choice in using or not, then bill you later for it.Reached out to HP tech support about internet connectivity issues. (I've ruled out router, internet service connection on other devices, and it has come down to a possible issue with the hardwired network adapter. But the so-called Tech reading from a scripted diagnosis sheet just said it was a software issue and that I had to contact Windows for support. Well, I already know what they are going to tell me... Given that I've already eliminated that as the problem... *Sigh* I hate it when I know more than the so-called "Tech Support" people. Call center wonders following a script then call these people "Tech Support". What a joke.
