A good Pekay fragrance a little less expensive than some of the others so it works for me.

Okay this smells AMAZING. If you've smelled Pikake scented products in Hawaii before and have been looking for that really lush, green, living-smelling floral? This is it! The bottle is beautiful and both looks & feels classy as well, so it would make for an excellent gift if that's what you're looking for.I'm kind of picky about pikake, because I've smelled variations that just came out waaaay too sweet, and this one is heaven. This is like walking into a luxurious greenhouse. It's perfect!

I travel to Hawaii quite often so my sensory memory of pikake is one of my favorite. In this regard, for many years I wore Estee Lauder Special Edition Tuberose Gardenia which resembled the smell of pikake and plumeria the closest of any perfume. At the time they were still making the scent, which was about 8 years ago, it was very expensive. I can't find it anymore and so then I tried a Michael Kors scent that was similar but it just wasn't the same.Royal Hawaiian brand is classic! It's been in shops in Hawaii for as long as I can remember. So...the last visit to Kona, I was doing last minute shopping in the airport gift shop and noticed that the packaging on the Royal Hawaiian had been elevated and it really caught my eye. So I used the tester not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the scent, too, seemed to have improved. Because the price was very under $25, I took a chance and bought a bottle.I love it. I started getting compliments on my fragrance again in the elevator, in the market, from friends. Even my daughter said the other day "It smells like mommy".I was so relieved to discover I could restock from Amazon. Who would have ever guessed? Its now my signature scent.

I know everyone's body chemistry is different but this does not smell good on me. It has a strange lingering background type of scent which is almost chemical or soapy in nature. Definitely do not like this and cannot recommend this. I've used Pikaki scent before and this doesn't resemble it at all. It has serious staying power as I just tried to wash it off and it's still lingering. In the garbage it went. Waste of money.

Pikake was always my favorite cologne during my years of living in Hawaii, and I always chose Royal Hawaiian KNOWING this would stay true to the flower's scent. :)It's been 3 hours since I put this on my wrists and the wafting aroma of pikake flowers continues to be as strong as it was then. :)I'm thrilled with this choice - both economically and most definitely like taking a trip to the Islands with this dreamy pikake cologne taking me there every day! :)

Kind of an obnoxious smell, and the smell stayed on me for 2 days!! I ended up giving to my girlfriend for her birthday because she likes the stronger perfumes

I smell like fresh cut gardenia. Love this and will buy this from now!
