I bought the first of this chair in 2011 when I began working from home every day. I am 6' 4" and have been as much as 300 lbs (now 216 lbs), and I use this chair for work 8-10 hours a day five days a week. I also am an avid gamer at nights, and do my bible studies in this chair as well. So I'm probably using this chair 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week. It is now late 2024 and it is time to renew. The chair continues to be extremely comfortable, but the faux leather is disintegrating all over the floor. So the chair has withstood over 13 years of HEAVY use and the only reason for a new chair is the covering material, the faux leather. Can't remember when it started falling apart and I just ignored it.While there is lumbar support, it is NOT adjustable. The arm rests are comfortable, but NOT adjustable. The seat height is adjustable, but at 6' 4" I would wish a few more inches. But then the arm rests wouldn't fit under the desk. The head rest hits about mid-shoulder blade, so there is no resting the head back, like in an airplane. Someone else said not for tall person, but mentioned her husband was 5' 9", which is not tall in our family. The tilt back tension can be stiffened, and can be locked in the upright position. I can see no reason to want to recline in an office chair, so no reclining comments. Structurally, the chair remains sound, the seat is still comfortable, as is the back. The cushions at the back sides still support my back sides.All told, as I look to replace this chair, I'll replace with the newer Ultra Faux Leather NBF chair as it appears to have a taller back and headrest. But I can't say anything bad of an executive chair that has lasted 13 years!

Comfortable and executive chair bit it's not for a tall person.. my husband is 5'9" and we had to do some modification to make it work because we could not return it.

The chair is extraordinary: supportive, comfortable, beautiful. A perfect office chair.
