The packaging fail
This may seem frivolous but the presentation of the pen in a box of cork pieces was what drew me in. I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend and pictured it arriving as pictured. The pens arrived in an amazon bag, no packaging, no bells, no whistles, just the pen. I may be spoiled by those details from other companies but if you’re truly trying to separate yourself from other companies who make the same product, the packaging could really be amped up. The pen smells great and does the trick, so 4 stars.
