Great if you can keep up with them, also not as much servings in a bottle for the price compared to others. It was great energy wise and muscle wise for the bottle I had but I use another brand with the same effects and you get a full months worth for half the cost

HMB is one of my favorite workout supplements because it helps prevent muscle breakdown. This allows me to retain my muscle mass on off days when I'm not lifting weights. I take 2 capsules a day along with creatine and whey protein for easy long lasting results.

I take this daily. This product has fewer capsules for more money than my usual brand. I just started taking it so if I see a real benefit after awhile, I may get it again. Otherwise, for the price difference, I will stick with my regular brand.These are white capsules that are a little larger than standard in size but are easy for me to swallow. There are no off odors or tastes. They are fresh with a best by date of August 2027. I am happy with them overall but will see how I do with them long term to decide if I want to re-order my former brand or this one.

Great HMB supplement by NutraBio . I take this after working out to assist with muscle protein synthesis and reducing muscle breakdown. I feel this helps with post work out recovery. This is a easy to take supplement, each bottle contains 120 capsules, the dosage is 2 capsules per day and each bottle will last you 2 months. This is a good value for the money and is made in the USA which is a plus for me. Recommend.
