Completely fell apart— unusable.
I was very disappointed in this product, because it literally fell apart as I used it for the first time— within 1 minute! I wonder if I was sent a faulty mask? See attached photos: as I took it out of the sleeve (very carefully, following all directions), it ripped. I was even more careful placing it on my neck, and ask I did more parts of mask just disintegrated in my hands. I laid flat and tried not to move at all... and felt other parts of the mask just breaking off. You’re supposed to keep this on 20 minutes (and be able to use it multiple times)... it was in tatters after less than 5. Would not recommend (and if this unusual, that means that there’s no effective quality control.)

Don’t waste your money
Very flimsy! Had a rip in it after one use. Plus, the storage tray is not practical. The mask slides all over the tray.
