Makes the best salad dressing

This is by far my favorite vinegar. It’s mild but flavorful and is great in simple salad dressing or in recipes calling for vinegar. It rarely, if ever, requires toning down the sharpness of traditional vinegars. The price is very reasonable.

I have been using Heinz Tarragon vinegar for years and I will always go out of my way to find and purchase this vinegar. Priced well, tastes well, it's just great...not strong vinegary taste yet not so mild you don't get the benefit of using vinegar.

Great for homemade dressing

I was excited to find this vinegar was available via Amazon. I looked in every store I could fine in my area without success for Heinz TARRAGON Vinegar. Not one carried it. I find this a staple in my menu and food choices because it's favor goes well with many foods I eat.I do think it is overpriced, but I chose to pay what it cost because I like it.

Great for homemade dressings

It is my favorite of all the vinegars and Heinz is as good as they get. It's both vinegar-tasting AND tarragon-tasting, and I make my salad dressing out if it exclusively. Stand aside Ranch! Begone Italian! I don't like Bleu Cheese so AVEC! You must go away. Here's what you do: In a little cup, put this delicious Tarragon Vinegar, then some olive oil, then parm cheese. Cheap versions of those last two are fine for goodness sake. Look at what you are spending on vinegar, dear! Then stir it up and pour on lettuce and cheddar cheese flavored goldfish crackers. DO NOT NEGLECT ADDING THE GOLDFISH! This will change your lettuce-eating life. But just that part of your life. It's only vinegar ALBEIT a very good vinegar.
