i have used the previous model before the platinum and was impressed with that hench the upgrade which so far is even better, mackes ironing so much easier once you get used to it couldn't go back to regular ironing, only use the iron for shirt collars and trouser seams

Really expensive buy in terms of reliability
It was very efficient when I first bought it but after using for three times there was no more steam coming out so became useless. If you divide the price by three, it was really expensive to steam the clothes each time.Recommend to buy other more reliable brands.

GOOD WHEN WORKED
I was well impressed with its performance dispite it's flimsy appearance it did it's job very well until Now,, and it's refusing to steam so I'm currently online seaking solution,, it's only been used about 4 times unfortunately
