I've spent a good while going through various tapes on Amazon, wondering if any were really any good. I'm also concerned that maybe the quality of well-known brands have declined over the years. My last tape purchase from Amazon - though highly rated - was plagued by being too thin, and prone to tearing.The first thing that struck me with this product was the clarity; you can see right through the roll. I'd imagine this would be great for craft projects. Also useful for waterproofing address labels.The next thing I noticed was the thickness and strength of the tape. Apparently, '2.7 mil' is an imperial measurement that equates to 0.07mm. As well as making this stronger than most parcel tapes, that extra thickness seems to make it easier to find the edge when taking off a new strip from the roll.Adhesion seems great, too. I haven't had the chance to test as much as I'd like, but it's safe to say this is easily as sticky as other parcel tapes I've tried.I'll definitely choose this brand next time.

Moving house and got fed up of having the brown packing tape peel off of the boxes so paid a bit more to try this stuff. Brilliant! Not one box has pinged undone. Does just what it says and arrived quickly. Would recommend

This packaging tape is very strong and has great adhesion. Although expensive compared to other products, I'd rather pay more for a better product than be disappointed with an inferior product. Fully recommended for securing packing boxes and I think it would be good for almost any job where sticky tape is needed.

I had to say something because I was very surprised. I didn't know they made tape as thick as this! Sturdy AF and barely stretches.

Good tape, sticks well and is strong enough but the glue has a very strong bad smell, solvents etc perhaps? Will be buying 3M tape instead.

Really great quality nice and thick

Originally I bought this for shipping since it’s strong but now we are making a long distance move Ive ordered it 2 more times. It makes packing for a move or shipping easier. It doesn’t split or fold on itself like thin cheapo tape. It doesn’t stink up a room like some tapes. Definitely worth spending a little extra but doesn’t break the bank like the hardware store equivalents. Save yourself a headache.

Tape is of good quality and doesn't cut by itself when used. Pretty sturdy and sticks very well.
