You have to check the speedo sender thread size and the drive tang

Q: Will it work with any electric speedometer and a 2 speed power glide transmission

It depends on the thread size on the speedometer gear. This one went on to a speedo drive on my transfer case from the 80s. You would have to double check but they are all fairly common. I use this to feed a signal to my NVU aftermarket electronics speedometer. it is a square wave so you have to feed it a switch power and ground, the third wire is your signal going back to the speedometer.

Q: Will this work with OEM speedometer?

You will need a speedometer interface to convert the signal to work with the factory spedometer
