Excellent pump, good quality, and good price - and love the quick connect for multiple head units!

Just opened mine, and it DOES NOT WORK!In trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong. I started reading other negative reviews, and some complain of no oil.Well, when I attach the pump to the ram on mine, then disconnect it, a few drops of oil do come out, so it at least has some.Both check valves (on the pump and the ram) are closed when the two are disconnected, so it's not that it all leaked out.I am curious about one thing (hopefully the manufacturer is reading the reviews). There are are small pins on the open/close valve knob. There is one on the knob, and one o the body of the pump under the knob. When twisting it to on, the pins bump each other stopping the knob from turning any further. It does not feel ,Ike like the valve is closing all the way. I'm thinking about clipping these pins off.Any advice?

Only used it a couple times, so far, and performed as expected.

Other than pressure release screw labeled backwards, jack worked very well. I did not test it anywhere near capacity, but it has low clearance and lifted a few tons easily.

Nice tool, but didn’t come with any documentation. No warranty, no owner’s manual. NO INSTRUCTIONSThis is actually a dangerous situation. I almost bought the wrong fluid. A real novice could have hurt himself trying to guess how the thing works

I needed to remove the stump jumper of my bushhog. My t-bar puller just couldn’t put enough pressure on the spline to break the hub loose. The low profile of this ram fit nicely under the bar and popped the hub free easily. Now it did sound like a rifle shot when the hub broke free, but beside a little pee in my pants all is well.

Worked perfectly, used under a house. Was able to raze it to get the support as needed.

Junk comes with no fluid in either of them, it doesnt say anywhere what to fill it with, and then when you do fill it with fluid it has metal chips in it. These are junk and leak like crazy. Definitely not making it to full pressure. Bony buy.
