I love the bubblegum flavour of this, and it works - but just a warning to not buy the berry, I had to throw it away because it tasted so vile! Recommended for a great price (I have one at home and one in my desk drawer before lunchtime workouts), but make sure you get the right flavour!

Reading the other reviews on here, I think the important point to note is that this pre-workout powder seems to effect different people in different ways. I get a mild effect from it, don't get any tingling sensations in my skin or heart palpitations, and I think it tastes perfectly fine. But its effect must depend on your physiology.This pre-workout powder is very competitively priced. It is about half of the price of the Optimum Nutrition stuff. It possibly it isn't quite as high quality, but it's a great buy if you just need a basic pre-workout powder.I have found the taste (lemon flavour) to be perfectly fine. The initial smell of the powder reminds me of a cleaning product but once mixed with water it tastes absolutely fine in my opinion.I get a slight boost from this powder but nothing transformational. It helps me to maintain performance during a gym session so that the last few exercises can be as intense for the first few. It can also help me find that motivation I need to go to they gym after a long day at work.Overall, I think it is a good product for me but it very much seems to depend on the effect it has on you personally.

Didn’t give a massive energy burst or any tingles however the placebo effect is there when drinking. Mixes well with instructed water however taste is a bit dodge when drinking over dry scooping

Absolutely great

There are cheaper brands, but I keep coming back to Warrior because all their flavours are good (none of that bitter aftertaste you get at the bottom of some other tubs - or fake chemically taste). NB that creatine per serving is less than 500mg - so if that is a reason you use a pre-work out, stack it with a creatine powder. It's easy & cheap to do.
