I loved the idea of this blanket and would recommend it. I was late coming across it as my littlest is almost 2.5 months but wanted to start it anyway. I don't know if it's common but I was bummed to take it out and see it was already snagged. I decided to steam it since it was so wrinkled and noticed three more snags. They are small so it doesn't make the writing look off and thankfully they aren't visable in the monthly photos but it's definitely not the keepsake blanket that I had intended it to be. I have several other muslin blankets and have had them for 6 years with no snags so it's a bit disappointing but I love the cards and how large they are next to baby. (Letters for the name, I purchased separately. My lil one is 23.5 inches and you can see how much room is available for her remaining monthly photos.)

First of all, the material is a muslin cotton material, so the “wrinkles” are the texture of the muslin. To make this beautiful fabric look great in a photo, do NOT open the curtains, it will create deep shadows. Instead, close them enough where it is shady but bright enough to take a great photo (early morning is best). You don’t want any direct light. If you are using a dslr turn up the iso a little instead of slowing the exposure so if baby moves, it won’t be blurry. Pair this with an outfit with the same type of textures, crinkly, like a muslin blanket or muslin outfit, or a little skirt that has pleats. Even just a little diaper cover would look adorable!The fabric wasn’t transparent, but I did use a soft pink plush blanket behind it. I wouldn’t photograph any pictures if you laid the rainbow blanket over a surface with patterns, typically even if you don’t see them with your eye, all patterns will come through white fabric in the photos. Try something solid.The days start at day one, then there’s a week one, then the months up to one year. The numbers are a very very thick card stock. They don’t bend AT ALL.I thought this was perfect! The rainbow goes with any outfit since it’s a bunch of colors, it’s gender neutral, it’s fun, it’s bright!Have someone shake a rattle behind your head while you take a photo so baby will turn to the sound and see what’s going on! You’ll get some great cute photos!

So! Every month I take a different photo and for month two I grabbed this blanket.Pros- the price. Comes with a ton of leaves for weeks and months.Quality. Good quality vinylCons- you can’t get the wrinkles out. Can’t iron or the art will melt off. Had to do a little photoshoppigAlso the white is kind of see through.

I started looking for a milestone blanket during the my pregnancy, and nothing seemed quite right until I found this one. I love the purples and pinks, and the gold metallic details add just the right amount of bling for baby girls. The sturdy cards have a non-glossy coating and are double sided. The included holiday cards are a nice bonus.The nature of muslin blankets are that they get softer and a tighter weave after washing, so I recommend washing a few times before using. It’ll close the weave of the fabric so it’s not see-through, plus it’ll make it softer for your little one. Attached is a picture of our daughter with this blanket, taken on her one month birthday, which was 3-7-18.

I love this blanket, it’s super cute! My friend is having a shower and this is the theme so it is perfect. BUT … Amazon, why would you put the shipping sticker on the actual box?? Now there is tape residue all over the outside. I don’t understand why you would have been too cheap to use a little box for this item. Not super happy. But the blanket is nice and cute.

Perfect for our monthly photos. You will need to steam it/throw it in the dryer before using to get wrinkles and fold marks out (blanket comes folded in a box). Super cute though! They start with “1 day” marker for photos - which I didn’t realize until we got home from the hospital at 2 days old and obviously missed the 1 day old, so just a tip if you want to use it right away!

My product box came damaged so I was not able to gift this as planned. The material is like a flour sack but extremely wrinkly. I don’t know if you could ever iron it enough or get it to be square. The milestone cards are just a coated card stock, pretty flimsy but I guess you just lay it down quick for the picture so they’d do the job fine.

I love this blanket. I do think my daughter is very lovely, so it suits her well. It's not a huge blanket either, so it's good for someone living in an apartment or smaller space. It's lightweight and I love the milestone pictures it comes with. I highly recommend!

Bought this item based on the good reviews, however it is beyond terrible. I don't know where the good reviews are coming from. This is not genuine Lulujo. It is fake. The cards are paper thin, flimsy and mine arrived all bent. The muslin is absolutely terrible. It is see through, also paper thin, and all the threads are coming away at the seams and it has made my baby come out in a rash!! Do not buy, please. I would not trust to put a baby on this at all.

The sawddle blanket it quite a thin qualtu not what i expected however onnthe plus size the design is cute and the milestone cards that come along with this are also supper cute

It’s a lovely muslin blanket that can be used as a background for taking photographs of the milestones in baby’s life. Great value for money as unlike all the other photo prop ones this can actually be used after and will be buying one for my other son.

The quality of the sheet isn’t great. It’s so thin I can see my carpet underneath in the photos and even after ironing it looks really creased. I love the design, but wouldn’t buy this again.

Bought this for my baby girl so I could mark her milestones for her first year - I love the reusable quality, being a muslin or a cover.
