VERY adhesive. Gets the job done. I ended up halving the width in order to cover the wall/floor seam in garage during waterproofing. Easily paintable. Tears easy with utility knife. Easy to apply

Used to stop leak on motorhome sky light
Worked a treat, had the van professionally washed, guess what? It started to leak through the sky light.It was too fiddly to use mastic gun as unable to get on the top of the van. I fitted it from inside, a bit tricky as its very sticky.No more rain coming in .
