The controllers are not longer working tried replacing batteries several times stops working right in the middle of my workout

Work fine first use. Had to buy new sensor bar. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to replace or return now it just sits in a corner with no way to use all the purchased games.

Couldn't have asked for a cleaner console. Works perfectly and looks great!

Great, but the wii remotes require the wii motion plus adapter and do not have it built in.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Just because you include alot doesn't mean it's worth it. Let me say that this is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for. While it is listed as refurbished, it's in bad condition. Scuffed up and everything. I'm going to see if I can find a custom case for it. The controllers feel cheap and third party, and they threw in a third party sensor bar that DOES NOT WORK! Was gonna buy a new one on here before seeing the exact one they included. With all that I may have to invest to make this worth it, I may just return it. If you are going to buy this, do NOT have normal expectations.

We ordered this because the price was right and it came with two Wii remotes and two nunchucks. Not only does it say that in the photo description, but it says it in the features and details. However, when it arrived, it only came with one remote and one nunchuck. So I went back to the description to read it, and I still see it in the photo description and in the features and details, but in the description itself, it says it comes with one. So it’s very misleading. In two different places it says it comes with two of each, but then it says it comes with one in the description. Very frustrating when you think you’re getting something and you get something else. We’re keeping it because we really wanted this system, and I guess we’ll just have to order another set with controller and nunchuck. But very frustrating. Description should be updated to reflect what is actually included in the box. I tried to reach out to ask a question but I had no success with that. So we’re just going to give it a three star review and keep the product.
