do you want to mount your webcam on the bottom or side of your monitor? you do! then buy something else because this is about as stable as my ex girlfriend. It won't stay in place and cannot support anything but the lightest of webcams. I returned mine for a refund. Save your money, don't buy this junk.

I Myself Like To Have The Camera In The Middle Of My Dual Displays. This Makes It So I Dont Have To Look Left And Right To Put My Face To The Camera When Showcasing Things, Or Making Videos. This Mount Is A Must Have IMHO For People Who Need More Versitality In A Mount! Quality Creation! The Only Thing This Might Be Missing Is Some Color Options For Those Who Want To Theme The Mount With There Setups. All In All, GREAT PRODUCT!

I have this mount installed on my Logitech Brio webcam. I love that it has a lot more adjustability than the stock mount. That being said. I wish that the mechanism that adjusts in size depending on the mounting surface had a locking feature. I would like to see a thicker pad on that surface to help take up the slack. At this point I can slide it to the size of what I have the camera mounted on but it is still really loose and when I try to force the mount to be tighter it just slides loose. A locking mechanism would be nice.

Advertised as able to hold camera on side of monitor, in reality not able to support the weight of normal logitech 922 webcam because the clamp is low quality, and ratcheting mechanism does not hold itself. Cheap piece of plastic. Would probably work fine on top of monitor.

So first of all - I personally 3d print stuff, this is made out of a combination of metal articulation points and 3d printed plastic. Likely PLA, PETG, or ABS. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is PLA. Here is the problem with 3d printed plastics. They do not have the same rigidity/strength of injection molded polymers and the method of printing that they used (FDM) does not have the same strength as SLA or other types of 3d printing. Essentially they are layering hot plastic on top of each other and that process is far from perfect. First you can see that there is some extrusion temp issues because the print isn't perfect and there are tons of little nibs of unmelted plastic. Overall this is clearly a prototype and this is a usa owned company. So in reality this product will likely improve over time. That being said in it's current form I can't recommend it. 3d printed parts especially with FDM printing are throwaway objects that will not hold up to the test of time. For something like a Webcam holder, you're expecting to use it for a while. If this was made out of actual plastic or even metal I would pay double what I paid for this. I will not return this product to support these people in their research and development and I hope they can make a more sturdy product in the future. That being said - I'm buying something else this won't cut it. It doesn't even attach to the screen correctly to be honest with you.

Tried using my C920 with a different webcam mount with clamp that I found on Amazon but the clamp was way too big. It ended up covering a chunk of the screen even when I clipped it to the corner of the monitor. Found this one and gave it a go and it's exactly what I was looking for. The clamp is low profile and doesn't go past the bezel so it doesn't get in the way of the screen. Clamping is solid and the arm is very flexible and easy to set in different positions. Very happy with this

I bought this in hopes of having more range of movement for my webcam. It won't stay attached to my monitor and just falls over from the top even before I put the cam on it. I have tired to tighten it down the way it says to but it appears the slider thing is stripped and it won't lock in place. Exact issue with two of them, so I am returning both.
