Excellent
As usual, an excellent quality product from Parker and unbelievably cheap. Blew those leaves into another dimension. Super powerful and starts like a breeze (unlike the output on this beauty which blows like a gale).

Love it 🥰
Never had one before so it took a bit of time to get the length of the strap correct and working in conjunction with the swinging motions for the blowing and sucking. They are different.Vac’ing is slow and controlled. Blowing is more freehand - I find it easier without the strap for this.I get told off for rev’ing too much but it’s such fun. It’s a powerful bit of kit and easily moves wet leaves out drains and gullies. With NO REV’ING it can suck the leaves out of our gravel without sucking up the gravel - it’s great, it saves hours of back-breaking work. The mulcher makes them into leaf confetti and great for the compost heap.We found that it’s not good at sucking up raked leaves in a pile, it blocks up. That said, it’s very simple to unblock. But it is good to run along the edge of the borders and remove leaves. When you wear the strap make sure it’s on your clothes not your skin - the swing action rubs away your skin very quickly!!

Initially ok, then TERRILBE
I'm a professional gardener. I bought this blower as a backup. It was cheap and needed it. I wasn't expecting much, and so didn't really mind that it was quite loud and rough-sounding and a bit on the heavy side. It was cheap enough and only bought as a backup, so fair enough. Then the pull-string broke. No problem, I thought - I keep a reel of pull string as I have a lot of petrol gear and these things happen. I opened the blower up and discovered the pull-start mechanism was held in place by just one screw. One screw that is glued in place. One screw that is not just glued in place, but is also made of a super cheap, very soft alloy, so that when you try to remove it, the head of the screw just deforms and cannot be turned. The screws used on the rest of the machine are fine. The one holding the string in place is different - purposefully soft and purposefully glued in place so that you cannot replace the string, and must buy a whole new plastic cover with a pull-start built in. For £30.So, a quick fix for a few pence-worth of string actually costs £30 to remedy, and involves shipping a great lump of plastic and throwing the old big lump of plastic in the bin. This sort of behaviour is irresponsible, cynical, money-grubbing and calculated.I won't buy another thing from Parker; they aren't cheap, not in the long run. And, judging by this blower, not really very good.Spend a few extra pounds, or, better yet, buy second-hand.

Okay
Bit of a faff to put together and there was a screw missing.Great at blowing not so good on the vacuum side. The bag is very awkwardly placed and took a while to figure out how best to use it.The throttle control is handily placed, but tends to be all or nothing. It’s also very noisy at full throttle. All in all it’s okay for the money and I’m sure it’ll come into it’s own in the autumn when there are loads of leaves to shift
