Would have liked to leave a 5 rating...but the sizing is off somewhat . I went by the sizing chart pictured to the left as recommended and purchased a large . The bicep measurements were within range but I was just under in the wrist for a large so I went with the bicep. The bicep fits nicely but the arm and wrist are more loose than I would like which is what I was concerned with when I bought them. I am 6'3" and 177 lbs with a 13" bicep. I put this because I wish more ppl would! The quality seems nice right out of the pkg. and the length is great for my long arms at 17 inches. A highly rated brand I bought previously on Amazon has only a 14" length. So I will keep them and If they get any more loose, I will use them for calf sleeves. By the way..the sizing chart printed on the pkg. that they came in is different than the picture on Amazon listing. They would have come much closer to a perfect fit if the size on the pkg. was actually accurate.

These guys are great. Wore them on my half-ironman distance race in Aruba where the temp was about 100F. They kept my arms protected from the sun on the bike and helped keep them cool. It was especially effective to spray/spill water on them to keep them extra cool during the ride. The inside top part is lined with a tacky substance that keeps them from slipping/sliding down while you're riding.

I've been riding road bicycles for several years, but this was the first set of arm warmers I've owned, having preferred long-sleeved jerseys in the past. I wore the SONTHIN Arm Sleeves on a recent 5-day, 300 mile cycling trip, to keep my arms protected from the sun and to keep them warm in the mornings and late afternoons on each day's ride. I ordered size medium as I'm 5'7" and 153 lbs. My arms are muscular from working out and other sports, and the sleeves were snug, but they didn't cut off circulation or cause any discomfort even while wearing them for 5 hours at a stretch, on some days. They did an excellent job of keeping the sun off my arms and keeping me warm when temperatures cooled. They also wick moisture very effectively and don't accumulate sweat even during aggressive climbing. Highly recommend and wish they offered sleeves in orange, as well as the white and blue I purchased.

Most of the one or two star reviews are due to people that ordered the wrong size. If you order a size larger they should fit just fine. I am 5'10 245lbs and mostly use these to protect from the Sun. I am an automotive technician at a rental car company so they have to stand up to all the sharp snags and things that you would expect to rub across in a shop setting and they have held up to the punishment. The only real negative thing I can say is that they have a small tag on the inside for washing instructions it might rub on your skin which is easily taken care of with a pair of scissors. Very comfortable form-fitting and they don't ride down your arm. No matter how active I am during the day I have yet to have these slide off my arm. Easy to wash with just a little bit of water and detergent and hang them dry, do not put them in the dryer.

These don't fit that well for my particular build. I followed the sizing guide provided, and opted for the largest size given the fit around my biceps. My biceps measure ~14in at it's highest point, but my wrists are much smaller than that. The result is an especially tight fight on my bicep which is a bit uncomfortable after awhile, and a very loose fit on the wrist, as well as the length being about an inch more than I'd like for sleeves. My particular size is a bit of an outlier since I'm short and skinny for how my biceps are, so be mindful of your body type, and try to be mindful of being as close to the sizing guide provided.Aside from the above, they're still very comfortable, and they most definitely provide a decent amount of compression to get you through your workouts. For normal people of normal body types, this is definitely a recommendation considering the quality and the price.

Be sure and pay attention to the size!!! I ordered a size larger and got exactly what I ordered! The wrong size. This is a Super Quality item!! I was going to return then decided I could use these perfect uv sleeves on my legs....which is exactly what I needed. I am glad I didn't return them. So look lively... measure...but and enjoy the garden outside.

These are nicely made but the large runs a little small.

Color was good. They were a little tight so I ordered the next bigger size.
