and again.And, again.In nearly 30 years of home ownership, I have become somewhat of a general handyman. I paid nearly $300 one for a plumber to reinstall a toilet after having our hardwood floors refinished; ONE HOUR in and out and I said never again. I have since installed, reseated, repaired toilets, sinks, washing machine, dryer, replaced hose bibs, cutoff valves, septic pipe inspection plates and more, SO much more. If I’d paid “professionals” to do all that I’d have put THEIR kid through college before my own.I’ve also bought MANY faucets from the HIGHER priced “name” brands (K, D, M), paid a plumber ONCE to install a shower faucet (he got it crooked), have spent HOURS on the phone getting replacement valves, stems, handles, hoses from customer service, have backflushed my house TWICE now and have finally decided that yes, you DO get what you pay for, but if a $30 faucet works as well and lasts as long as a $200 faucet, why buy the pricier brand? Sure, at this price, if it does break down beyond repair (and the company - now is offering a 5 year warranty), it gets recycled, I buy another, and I’ve STILL saved $140 dollars at that point.I like this faucet. My wife likes this faucet.THIS was very easy to install, but I’ve done several of them already from other brands with similar mounting options. VERY straight forward.The MOST difficult part is, removing nearly 30 year old corroded fittings in a VERY tight/close area underneath a powder room vanity - not that hard with an assortment of pliers/wrenches - and removing the old drain with stuff coming out looking like some eldritch horror from another dimension with tentacles, many eyes and feet and lights dimming with the thrum of primitive drums and chants of Hail Cthulhu…Almost. Stuff’s REALLY nasty though. Wear gloves.This faucet looks and works GREAT, very easy to control flow and the pushbutton drain works like a charm too. I especially liked that feature as I HATE having to install and adjust those ancient pull-up knobs to close the drain.You MIGHT want to buy a replacement P-trap kit in 1-1/4 or 1-1/2” and have it on hand in case you can’t reuse your old parts.

I loved having my dad install this for me, it looked so much better than our old faucet but it can't be screwed in tightly. Maybe its the type of bathroom countertop I have but you can try and tighten the screws all you want but there's only so tight it will go. Therefore our faucet moves even after being installed. Haven't had the chance to look for anything else and I love the way it looks but I wish it would screw in tightly. The rest of the install process was easy though no complaints on that front.

Hoses are advertised as 24”, but are (generously) 21” at best. They are recessed within the faucet, and there’s only 17” of usable hose that comes out the bottom. Totally useless unless you have perfect space on your supply valves.Quality of the faucet seems great, and the aesthetic is beautiful, but if you say it comes with 24” hoses, it needs to come with 24” hoses… Now I have to go get some janky adapters for half the price of the faucet…

Great value option for the money. Very pleased with the performance and will definitely recommend the product.
