They have a pleasant taste. They don't really help me fall asleep, but I do feel like I get better quality sleep when I take them. For this reason, I'd say they're pretty good value for money. Would I repurchase? Definitely.

I work shift work and late nights so often get into periods of going to bed at 3 or 4 am. I've tried Kalms and other herbal remedies before but I've never been super impressed by their performance.This product on the other hand really delivers. I can have pretty much a full night sleep or if I wake up, I can go straight back to sleep, without that "hangover" feeling in the morning. Love it!

Having never slept for more than 2 hours at a time on a night for over 10 years thought I'd give these tablets a try. Relaxed me for the first two night but on the third one slept for 4 hours - wonderful feeling. Tried to take them every other night as I didn't want to get addicted to them but this didn't work as well. Going to try them again every night to see how my body reacts to them.

I have not been sleeping well for the past few months. I tried Nytol and Kalms. Both of these, and many other similar products, contain valerian root and I found that this irritated my stomach (quite common apparently). I saw an advert for Melissa Dream which has different ingredients, so thought I would give it a try. However, it just didn't seem to make any difference to me. It didn't upset stomach but didn't really seem to do anything much at all. This may work for other people but didn't work for me.

Excellent sleep aid product.

I’ve been using these for my disabled son and didn’t check box fully but as I’m half way through box I noticed 40+ tablets missing strips completely empty and on photos u can see they haven’t been touch or opened. I so disgusted as I’ve got no more for my son

I’ve tried so many herbal sleep tablets and these are the only one’s that work for me but instead of taking two tablets I take one along side a twinings sleep valerian & orange blossom tea and that way I don’t seem to feel the grogginess that sometimes you can get with sleep aids

If you want this product to work you must unwind timely. Take the two pills as recommended with a strong Valerian tea at a reasonable time to allow it to work. At times I just take them alone, nothing else to assist. What I have found to work for me is that one must stop watching TV early, disconnect from the stressful subjects and take this ahead of time, it might take an hour to work. Better than taking palliatives, this supplies some nutrients to certain neurotransmitters. Give it a chance but do not expect a baseball bat in your head to go to sleep; it works timely and naturally.
