Very detailed. Based on real historical carpet designs from Europe and Asia. A little on the thin side (which a bookmark should be I guess). Bought as gift so can't comment on durability.

its not what I expected
my dislike is for the fact that it is offered as a carpet bookmark instead I get some flimsy pieces ofmaterial with the oriental pattern. I just as well can take a piece of simple paper as a bookmark.I will never ever recommend this seller. A waste of the amount that was charged for JUNK

I bought the 4 pack and split them up for Christmas "present toppers". These are VERY beautiful. Worth every penny. Everyone was delighted, nor had they seen anything like these! I have just bought my 2nd pack (because I want one of MY OWN too!!) and then I will have extra "presents" on had when needed. Truly unique. Any book-lover will be delighted!
