Putting it on is easy. But it slips after walking or movement. No matter hw tightly or loose i wrap it. The stretch is good. Quality is good. Nt really for support. Can b used for minutes. But nt for hours because it slips. The velcro part starts poking.

This belt gives severe allergies. I have been using it fir a few days, and there are are so many rashes in my stomach area. It is very painful & i had to get injected and medics for the same. Attaching pic for reference
