Beautiful laptop but sound is subpar at best
I love the features on this laptop.. many to explore. the only thing imn ot hPPY WITH IS THAT THE VOLUME IS SUBPAR at best

Best decision I made.
I had a HP laptop for 10 yrs that finally died. This new laptop is fast! Setup was a breeze. Logged into my Microsoft account and my Office 365 was loaded on my PC in just minutes. Fan is not loud. I did upgrade RAM to 32. It is running Windows 11 and I am able to use google.

Good Value
My only dislike is the lack of contrast on the keyboard which makes it difficult to easily find a key.If I am full-out typing it is fine.

Nice laptop
I am pleased with the laptop thus far. It is light weight and the initial set up/boot up process was pretty smooth for the most part.

Decent laptop
This is a nice lightweight laptop and after a week its performed as expected.The only con I have noticed is the keyboard is pretty chinsy and had I known about it I would have selected a different laptop.Pros are good battery life, nice big screen for a laptop and it is lightweight.

It's a laptop. It works.
Hardly get the product out of the box and Amazon wants an opinion. It's a laptop. What more is there? It's fast, has the 1 TB memory which is more than adequate for my needs. The sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. Screen quality is OK. But that's OK too. I have it connected to a 21" monitor.
