Exactly what I was hoping for. I am new to rendering beef tallow and did not want the yard long ones. These are the perfect size and seem pretty sturdy so far. They held up well to the hot tallow. I definitely recommend following their directions and doing the five minute boil and a little rinse after before that first use as the water was pretty brown. The pack came with enough that I plan on keeping some for just tallow and others for different purposes.

These clots are so high quality and are multipurpose. Definitely a 10/10You can use them as a cheesecloth, or dish rags.The fact that they are made out of Cotton they are also easy to wash and dry.

I haven't used it yet because I'm not ready to do that product. But I believe it will work really well.
