Long Leash Waterproof Training Longline Outdoor Dog Leash Great for Training, Beach, Yard, Play, Camping

This long leash has been a lifesaver for beach days with my husky! He absolutely loves to explore, and this leash gives him the freedom to roam while still giving us peace of mind. The 30 feet of length is perfect—it lets him run, dig, and sniff around without feeling restricted, but if he gets the sudden urge to bolt (classic husky move!), we still have plenty of line to react and keep him safe. The waterproof material is awesome too—it doesn’t get heavy or gross when it gets wet or sandy. It’s durable, easy to clean, and doesn’t tangle easily, which is a big plus. Highly recommend for anyone with an adventurous pup!

I use this long leash to train my two younger dogs. What I love the most is that I can use this leash in any weather and not worry about getting it wet, muddy or stuck to snow. It is well made and strong without being heavy; it has held up quite well. The length is nice for allowing the dogs a bit of freedom while being able to control them until their recall is reliable. They get their sniffing time in and release some energy, which makes them much happier when it’s time to be calm inside. That’s a win for them and me.

My dogs recall isn’t always the best so I used a long line to make it better/when he isn’t listening he goes on it and I can watch him better. If u use it properly and start to roll it up when they get closer to u and then let it feed out when they walk away I get no tangles. Super easy to take soap and just wash off super fast. Easy to wrap around itself and store. It’s a lot stronger than I thought too, he got excited about another dog and 100% mt fault I wasn’t watching and pulled me extremely hard and it didn’t break or anything, super durable even when getting caught on sticks and such

Clip isn't strong and could break if dog gave some good tugs. Leash is thinner but still sturdy and water proof.Gets knotted easily. But for the cost of it this is a steal. I didn't want to buy a nice expensive one for our trail and creek walks.I bought the 30ft and it's a lot to wrap and carry so be mindful of how much leash you need and where you'll use it.I would buy this again.I have a 75lb GSD who pulls on this and I'm always scared it will break since the clip isn't like his leash clip. And I have a 60lb golden who loves to test the water proofness of it.

Very nice quality, pleased. Light, small - perfect for what I need. OK, I likely have a different use case than just about everyone else so I'll share. I do not have a recall or escape issue with pup. She barely leaves my side and is fully trained/certified. However, we paddleboard in alligator country and have run ins. So, I use this to attach to her life jacket so when she tries to go into the water in an unsafe area I can just pop her back on the board. She can't figure out why she doesn't go anywhere, but i can keep her safe! Pic of last weekend when we paddleboarded w/ a gator (about 10 yards away).

This long leash is awesome! I love the waterproof, easy-to-clean material—so much better than the fabric one I had before, which soaked up seawater and started to smell. This leash stays clean and doesn’t hold onto odors. I use it mainly for recall training at big parks and the beach—it gives my dog the freedom to roam while still giving me peace of mind if other dogs or people come around. The 30-foot length is perfect, especially for wide open spaces like the beach. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. So I have the 100 foot and ten foot leads, as well as the 50 foot one on the way. These leads are just so great for the price. I’d expect any biothane lead longer than the standard 6 feet to be super expensive. These leads have held up to rigorous use by my 90 lb rescue shepherd. He has hit the end of this thing at full speed on his training harness (we’ve since learned the ropes) and it has held up great. With no cracks and no damage to the clip. I cannot say how this would hold up to chewers although it seems like it wouldn’t be any weaker than a standard lead. The 100 foot lead is what is in the video I attached and it is no joke. I don’t even think I have a video of the full length in one frame. We use it specifically for chuck it fetch in a large field or free roaming afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend this length if your dog isn’t used to being on a long line because it is easy to tangle (I still haven’t found the best storage method) and it is a lot heavier than cheap nylon leads of this length. My dog wasn’t sure he could go further at first when he felt the weight. I also wouldn’t recommend the 100 foot to be attached to anything other than a harness for this same reason. This works great for fetch because the line stays generally parallel to itself but would easily tangle during play or exploration in shrubbery just like any other long line. I love biothane and these leads have good texture. They do hold grip better than some biothane leads when wet, but it still can become difficult to reel in if the grass is damp and your dog is pulling. The ten foot is the perfect length to do training drills in the neigborhoods but still maintain control. This one is light as a feather and not cumbersome at all. I am excited to get the 50 foot lead for dog play dates in open fields (I am still working on his recall so he needs to stay leashed). I’d probably have all other lengths if I wasn’t already I’m using a 25 foot retractable lead for sniff walks.

Bought this leash in two different sizes specifically to use at the beach. It has definitely succeeded my expectations. It cleans off well, doesn’t knot, and is strong enough to control my 65 lb mastiff. Plus the bright color makes seeing it in the ocean much easier. Definitely recommend!
