A great product !
My wife has been taking this supplement for many years no, initially to help with 'hot flushes', and she did check with out GP that it was OK to take with her other medications as everyone should do before taking any supplement, she was recommended to take the 1000mg dose, and just one a day, they are 'soft' capsules and very easy to swallow.Conclusion :Great "British" company that uses top quality ingredients.Taking one a day, this deal of 360 capsules (2 tubs with 180 in each) will last you nearly a year, so great value.Nothing to dislike about then really, so 5 stars !

I like primrose oil, don't know how much good it's doing, but I feel better for taking it! These are very good, sent very promptly and arrived well packaged and in good order - no problems.

Hot flashes have almost totally gone
If you are suffering with hot flashes/flushes take two to three of these daily and it will stop them. Amazing stuff, I am so relieved to be rid of the horrid hot flashes. Will definitely be buying more. The only down side is that it seems to cause me to get nasty sore spots on my face/neck but I can live with a few spots if it means I'm not suffering with the hot flashes every 30 minutes of every day!

Très économique puisque on reçoit deux flacons de 180 capsules. À la première commande j'ai cru que c'était une erreur mais j'ai bien reçu également deux flacons à la deuxième commande.Ancien commentaire :J'ai pris peur quand j'ai vu la taille des gélules. je me demandais si j'arriverai à les avaler et puis finalement elles passent comme les plus petites. Idéal contre les désagréments de la ménopause. J'ajoute des oméga-3 et de la levure de bière pour que ma peau soit plus hydratée. Je recommande fortement cet article!
