Highly recommended
I tried so many other shampoos and conditions and still had an itchy flaky problem. Finally I have found something that works. No flakes, no itching. That's after years of suffering and trying everything else in the big pharmacy stores. I would comb my hair and have to check it over as there would be flakes left showing which was very embarrassing. And I would have to wash my hair twice a week, but my scalp was still flaky after washing. I tried so many others including sulphur ones. They seemed to work the first time but not the second. So before reviewing this I used a couple times just to be sure. Keracare does not have a bad smell either so overall a good product. I used in conjuction with the grease.

Itch has gone
I caught nits from my granddaughter (horrible I know but it happens), they are gone now but I got an really bad reaction to them, also i had my hair dyed yesterday and it always causes my psoriasis to flare in the back of my head. I've tried so many things to stop itching with no luck whatsoever. I have just used this product for the first time and when I put it on it left an after feeling of cool mint. I dont have a single itch, its amazing and would recommend it to anyone, try it if your scalp is itching, also you dont need to use much and i have long hair, from now on this will be the only one I shall use

Not sure how long it takes
I bought after reading reviews. Alphosyl, which was amazing, is no longer available so tried this one. Itching has eased but hasn't gone completely. Been using two weeks, used about 4 times, so will see if continued use improves further. So disappointed alphosyl no longer available as I've never found anything to match it.

Really nice
It lathers really well, when I used it cleansed my scalp well and the definition in my curls were coming through. Also has a nice scent to it too
