Great product added it to my pond as a new feature and it’s amazing, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a blade for your pond

For the amount it costs you’d expect something good to go out the box with instructions and high quality. The unit itself looks good but when you open the instructions the problems start. It’s a two page leaflet with poor translated text and small images that don’t help. It says to bung up the water inlet but you only get two bungs so you bung the bottom and must use the t connector to feed the back in both holes. The bungs are poor quality and one leaked. A tool is included to tighten it but is too big for the hole. Water leaks out both ends where the led strip is. The water coming out the end likes to drip back down the plastic so unless you have the unit placed right over your get water leaking! I purchased a 12000 l/ph pump for the 90cm and it barely got the water out fast enough despite them only recommending a 9000… it’s poor quality, over priced and bad instructions so avoid!

Only gripes with this are1) There's no under drip guard so needs positioning on edge of pond as water runs back under spout.2) No pre moulded/ drilled Hanging/fixing points.Therefore you'll have to make your own cradle to hold it.That said compared to local suppliers equipment it's still great value. The led light is great with choice of colours and light levels. Generates a lot of air in the pond and makes a good splosh. Probably thanks to the internal divides that separate the water.If your looking for an even flow like blades,this won't be suitable!

Broken seals? Leaks apears at the junktion (as seen in video) not recommended. Contacted the seller - got full refund! Thanks

Great item can't wait to set it up only issue was there was no y piece in the box so I just went out and bought one no problem.but other than that superfast delivery and it's going to look sooo cool at night thanks

Should have known better I bought this on impulse. But having bought it for my pond aware ponds have all sorts of detritus even with filtration and uv my longrun water fallGathered green muck which is to some extent is expected but you cannot access the water fall internally to clean it out properly. I should have done more research.

Following on from my previous review on this product and the issues with the led’s and unable to return the product I was contacted by the supplier to resolve these issues. Customer service and communication was 100% and they resolved the issues I had to cover my cost for rectifying the led’s replacement myself it was unfortunate in this case I had a faulty product but I was fortunate customer service was spot on. 5 stars given for this reason.

In theory this is just what I want as a water feature in my garden. I intended to place it over a sunken container with pump. Although I intend to start this project in the spring time, I was excited to see how it would fit and the effects of the lights. There are plenty of fixtures to attach it to a water pump and even some ptfe tape.The waterfall looks good from a distance but on close inspection it it poorly finished. The base plate is not as shown in the picture with the slot for the electrical at the rear. In this one the slot is at the front where the water will fall causing concern, first because it will be close to the water flow but secondly as an eyesore as it will be permanently on show. I think the base plate was soldered on back to front.The upper edge of the waterfall has a small dent in it. All of the edges are very sharp and it is easy to cut the skin whilst working to set up this feature.The light only worked when I removed the central extension cable. But once lit it is easy to control with the remote or you can download an app for your phone.Overall this waterfall is poorly finished, the baseplate is back to front, the edges are sharp and the extension lead for the electrics is faulty. Not impressed for an asking price of £203 at the time of writing this review.
