L'Oréal Paris - Color Riche - Eyeshadow Crayon- 06

I ordered Enigmatic Brown and actually received Delicate Beige which is what it says on the label now I have my glasses on. In fact it said Champagne on the listing but the photo showed Enigmatic Brown. So I contacted the seller Mr Cosmetics and they said that the photo was incorrect and ""without hesitation"" offered to send me the Enigmatic Brown which was the one I originally ordered as that was the colour shown in the photo. So if you are buying check the colour and the name and the photo to see if they match.I love this colour as it is has a brown/bronzy tinge and slightly shimmery/metallic and very easy to apply and it is soft and stays on for ages. Perfect if you want to apply and go!The service and attitude of this seller is exemplary. They were very gracious and without hesitation offered to send me the correct colour and I have already received the replacement so they didn't wait around. They also said to keep the original Beige pencil so I will pass this on as a gift to someone who it will suit and pay it forward. Because what goes round comes round, what we put out we get back.This makes a huge difference when you are buying on the internet without seeing the product right in front of you. As all the small sums mount up and if the service is not good and reasonable then I for one would not buy again from that kind of seller.So the product is great and so is the Seller. Thank you!

Lovely eye shadow but you will need an extra large pencil sharpener
