Hello. The Rower is great but I'm 5' 11" & I don't get full leg extension. It's the only fault I can find with it. Hope this helps :-)

why are there no exercise suggestions or regimes to follow

There are 10 settings of increasing “weight” and you can very these and the time you spend on the exercise. Frankly there aren’t too many things you can change on a rowing machine unlike a multi gym.
