This puts out great sound! I love it!

This is a terrible piece all around. Looks nice, feels nice, but you need to be able to play music with it, and you simply can't. It is nothing but squeaks as the ligature is pretty weak, and you have to tighten it quite a lot to get the reed to stay in place. The chances I got to get it to play notes, I had to do so with my hand holding the reed tight to the mouthpiece, or play at the very tip of the mouthpiece, which is not ideal and impossible to grab lower notes in that position. Those notes that did play were tinny, metallic, which is the idea with a metal mouthpiece, but it wasn't very musical. Stay away from this one, look into something a little higher end.

Compared to other legacy brands its great especially at this price point. I wish they designed mouthpiece with a more open (higher) baffle.

Plays good fun tone

In fairness my rating this is not based on a total review, as I didn't spend a lot of time with this MP, I used it a few times with a RICO Plasticover 3, for alto and I could not dial in on it to get a consistently tone or even playability. Sold with the sax. However it looked really good, and comparable in looks to other well known metals I have played,
