It is difficult to adjust the bracelet so be prepared to pay a jeweller to remove some links. It is not as easy as they show in their video and the tool they use is not provided. The watch itself seems very good and their customer service replied promptly.

I absolutely love Citizen watches. I bought my first eco drive a few years ago and I have never had any problems with it at all. I collect watches and these are by far my favourite day to day watches. This one looks amazing and I am so glad I bought it. I can't recommend these watches enough and buying them on Amazon can make them very good value, but shop around. This particular watch is awesome. the face is very pearlescent and very clear. It's very substantial feeling with enough weight to make it feel and look far more expensive than it was.

Bought as a present for my son for his birthday ... he loves it. Looks more expensive that what it cost at £130.
