When connected to the hoover,it stuck to the wall,brush type bristles prevented dust contamination when drilling hole in kitchen cavity wall.Would recommend .

I bought this after much consideration as to whether it would pay for itself over time as they are quite expensive for what they are.And was very happy with it. I used a Henry vacuum with a clean filter and new bag and it stuck to the wall very well indeed both the outside rough brick and the smooth plastered wall inside. I had a kitchen extractor fan to install so the dust would have been a nightmare if i hadn’t used this. I removed the brush and it managed a 152mm core bit with ease. Also, i didn’t need any other hose attachment either as the Henry hose end fitted fine.Yes its a tad pricey but works a treat

Finally a solution to dust extraction when dimond coring 100mm for bathroom or kitchen extractors.

stops the room filling with dust , could do better with dust clearance by the dust outlet as gets trapped and spills out when removed from the wall even with extractor still running, but overall satisfied

Used with Henry vacuum cleaner, as others have stated it does leave a dust footprint on the wall but this wipes off easily and at least the floor stays clean.

Absolute game changer

Having used the Bosch dust extractor fitting inside a loft to a cut a core in a gable end I found it invaluable. When connected to a suitable dust extractor there is no dust apart from a small amount when removing the extractor fitting from the wall. It sticks like a limpet even on uneven block work.

I bought this to try to keep the dust down when using an Armeg tri-cut box cutter for single and twin socket boxes etc. Wasn't sure it would stay on the wall but it stuck like a limpet as soon as the dust extractor was running and only fell off when the dust extractor was turned off. As long as 100% of the bottom section of the device is touching the wall it will stay put. I was using it with a Metabo not a Bosch extractor and the hose fitted well enough for it to work really well. Just need to make sure the rubber seals on the back of the device are cleaned as they may leave marks on the wall. Saved loads of clearing up as the tri cutter tends to throw dust everywhere even with a dust extractor held under it. So simple design but so effective. When removing from the wall make sure you don't put it seal side down or you may have to clear up the remaining dust that didn't get removed by the extractor.
