I am typically a review reader, not writer. However, this product is so good, I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered the Afloia Dog Grooming Kit last night. It arrived as scheduled early this morning. I quickly & easily assembled it and got straight to work on turning my shaggy pup into the Casanova of the dog park.Let's back this up for a minute... I have a 2-year-old male shih tzu who HATES to be groomed... (Or should I say, he used to hate being groomed!). The hair on this breed grows pretty quickly and can easily become a tangled mess if you do not stay on top of maintenance. As the temperatures rise, my boy needs to be trimmed every 3 weeks. Growing tired of the battle (and then clean up) of trimming him by hand, I decided to order the Afloia Dog Grooming Kit per the recommendation of a woman I met at the dog park.Not going to lie, my little fella wasn't having it at first. But, about 5 minutes in, when he realized it didn't hurt and I was getting the knots out, he laid right down in my lap and let me trim his entire body. As I previously stated, I usually trim him by hand. This was so much easier and certainly less stressful. And BONUS, b/c it sucks up the hair as you go, the clean-up time when I was finished with his trim was also painless.I was so jazzed up on how well this worked on the dog, I decided to push my luck and groomed the cat right after. The kitty LIVES to be brushed but is not a fan of loud noises or suction. I was honestly shocked that he too laid down in my lap and let me groom him without incident.So far, this nifty unit is worth every penny. I highly recommend.A++ on the pet friendly sound level, quality of the device and all of the attachments.

decided to groom my golden retriever for the first time vs booking a grooming appointment ultimately spending twice as much. This unit served every purpose as advertised, canister is on the smaller size but considering my limitation on storage space, I intentionally purchased the 1.5. Suction has 3 levels and very suffice with no mess to clean. TIP: once you get down cutting at a slight angle, trimmer cuts long hair like butter. 5 STARS, easy to use, quiet and comfortable trimmer hand design. I already saved more than I spent.

This is soooooo useful! It cuts great, and the suction power is adjustable. The noise is pretty muted which was a great touch. The different guards make it easier for me to adjust how clean cut I want my dog’s hair to look. Plus the shear has adjustable speeds as well which was a nice perk I missed. I’m still learning how to cut but this tool makes it easy to navigate. It periodically goes on sale so it was definitely worth what I spent. I’ve had mine for a little over a year and saves me the $100 plus grooming trips. I still advise getting a professional cut from time to time but not required. I have a 16 lb Shichon for reference. I like this product as it’s easy to clean and groom my GSD. It does all the work with the exception of de shedding a double coat. Which we all know shaving down a double coat isn’t going to work the attachments proI appreciate the cord length and vacuum tube length. The battery life on the usb rechargeable clippers is long lasting. I purchased my model as a deal that included a bag to store attachments. 20 mins or less on full groom days. Simply brushing and slicking a coat it takes all of 8 mins start to finish/clean up. Comfortably for your furry friend will vary depending on when grooming was introduced. On the human side it’s lightweight allowing me to groom with one hand and move the groomer to another side. Cutting is a breeze but again will vary based on how your pet responds based on when grooming was introduced. The three speeds are a nice feature to lower it when your furry friend is being introduced or just in one of their moods. My GSD loves it but loves being spoiled be it grooming, toys or treats. The two things I’d have appreciated were a guide book to grooming different breeds and a de shedder tool for double coats. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to which guards to use. Love the fur being trapped and with the click of a button it’s sucked into it container and emptied after versus on my clothes anywhere in the home. Overall a treats for both of us!

My daughter bought this and we’ve been borrowing hers. I finally got my own lol. This thing is awesome! The clippers are cordless (charge with usb) and have different heads for different purposes (large for body coat, small for paws etc, nail file). The clippers also attach to a vacuum hose so the hair gets sucked away and doesn’t fly all over. The vacuum has various settings. It’s not loud and doesn’t bother my dogs at all. I have two Cavaliers and they have very dense thick fur. These clippers have absolutely no trouble grooming them. There are lots of attachments. I can’t recommend this enough.

If my old lady pup could leave a review, she’d probably grumble about it—but deep down, even she’s a fan. This vacuum grooming kit is the first thing we’ve tried in years that didn’t send her into a full-blown senior meltdown. It’s quiet, gentle, and somehow gets the job done without offending her delicate 14-year-old sensibilities. Best of all, it’s been a game-changer for keeping her constant shedding under control. My floors, clothes, and sanity are all grateful. 5 stars for passing the ultimate test: my grumpy, drama-prone dog didn’t hate it and it actually works!Easy to use. Easy to clean and now we don’t need a lint roller in every room!
