Very much torn
I’m very much torn as to whether I like it or not, I’ve not had it long and yes it’s a handy little pocket meter/scope, however the leans are really short, even the prongs are short, the negative prong is really tiny because it has to clip into the device for storage, the cap is loose and poorly fitting, the same goes for the extra prongs that come with it, they keep falling off unless I balance the device and I’m finding it fidgety. The scope is ok, not the best but does the trick, I would of liked an auto setting feature as scopes are complex if you don’t use them every day, bear in mind you can only read one channel at a time so this would mean if you need a two channel device it will cost you double, and for over £400 you could get a very very nice oscilloscope and stick with you standard meter.Nice features are that it uses an app so you don’t have to be tied to the short leads, however I have been experience the App on the iPhone crash almost every time I’ve used it so far.Still undecided if I should return because I like that it’s small and fits in my pocket, also I paid £189 for mine a few days ago, it’s now £229 and I would definitely not of paid that for it.

A work in progress
At least I hope it’s a work in progress as it is missing a load of features that are common on even low cost scope’s and data loggers.Perhaps if they spend more money on the UI development and less on Facebook advertising it might be better kit.In summary- now it is a very expensive multimeter and a barely functioning oscilloscope / data logger.

Customer support and warranty is absolutely disgusting.
Having bought this as an early backer of their project, I am very disappointed to say that my Pokit Pro is suffering from always having a dead battery when I go to use it.Also, those of you that suffer from arthritis, forget about! The selector switch is very very difficult to set into the middle position.Having contacted their support team back in October 2022 I have had 2 responses, one three weeks after my initial email, then the most recent received today 13th December, requesting I send it to Australia for tests. With the correct level of insurance and tracked delivery to a World Zone 2 country being £25 and no offer of reimbursement, this is absolutely unacceptable.I also have the earlier Pokit Meter, this died within 4 months of not being used. New battery, new fuse, again totally dead and support couldn't care less.Buyer beware!
