Not only is this great for my shortbread, it is ideal as a flapjack tray as well. The most important thing is that the cooked shortbread doesn't stick to the tin, just turn the tray over on a cutting board.The individual flower designs are exquisite, looks really professional.Lots of comments on my beautiful shortbread now.

Quality item
A really good quality mould. Very impressed. Certainly worth the money. I've been wanting a shortbread mould for some time but had resisted because of the price of this. If you have similar doubts, just buy it. You won't regret it. Easy to bake with, bakes evenly and is really so much sturdier than normal cake tins.

Good quality
I have wanted a shortbread tin for years and I finally succumbed and bought this one. The wait was worth it. I never grease my tins when making shortbread and I was a bit worried that it would stick. Thankfully it didn’t and we now get to enjoy my delicious shortbread. I would recommend this tin.

Nordic Ware pans are my secret addiction! They are excellent quality and it's so easy to create seriously impressive cakes and bakesMy favourite shortbread recipe for this pan:125g softened butter, 55g golden caster sugar, 125g plain flour, 55g semolina.Cream butter and sugar together, work in flour and semolina, then press into pan. Prick all over with a fork, chill for 15mins then bake for 40-45mins at 140deg. fan. Sprinkle with a little extra sugar.Produces crisp golden shortbread. I sometimes add the zest of a lemon or orange to ring the changes

Attractive and quite substantial product
This is a gift and has not yet been given, so I don't know how it will perform. Nonetheless it looks well made and I would be happy to have one myself.

Fantastic product
I am a huge fan of the Nordic Ware make and this product did not disappoint. I baked shortbread and brownies in the pan with great result. Fully recommended.
