I have a torn and degenerative meniscus in one of my knees. Trying to postpone surgery but walking or standing can be difficult. I have been alternating between this brace and a full velcro wrap brace, and surprising (to me anyway) this one seems to help more for the pain when standing or moving. I do wrap it a bit snug, and the only drawback is sometimes the strap cuts a bit into the back of my leg. If it could be padded a tiny bit more that would be nice. Not skin breaking cut, just a tad uncomfortable in that regards, but still way better all around for my knee pain than without it. I recommend.

I have really bad knees, no meniscus left, lots of arthritis, and of course, pain. I bought two of these for one for each knee, not sure they would work. They came today and I put them on immediately. Took a few minutes to adjust to them, but the more I wore them the better they started to work. Within an hour I was walking around with a very slight soreness in both knees which was so much better that the pain I was living with. I would say in my opinion, there was about an 80% improvement in my knee function and at least the same in pain reduction. When I took them off to go to bed, I stood up and the old pain started to return. I'm not sleeping with them on because there's no pressure on my knees, but in the morning when I wake up, the first thing I'm putting on are these patella straps.

This is the best knee/patella support band I’ve used. I’m older and have had knee pain off and on for years. This is the most comfortable I’ve had.

I receive my propeller strep took it out the package, put it on the same day, walked around the house better, sleeping in it overnight.Got up did some chores, took it off to take a bath, I’m not running but I’ve been walking better ever since don’t have all the pain in my left knee like before.I am 72 years young until September 21,2022 and very pleased with this knee brace.Ms Rimmer

6’1, 245lbs, osteoarthritis in both knees, both knees buckle and pop often. I bought these a few weeks ago because I’ve started hiking with my dogs every day and realized the pain is just not sustainable long term. With these straps, I hike 6-8 miles 4-5 days a week. They stay in place from 8am-2pm without adjustments..super supportive, and comfortable! The padding is awesome, not some cheap foam that wears down after a week. I walk very hard, these hold up. I’m buying spares.
