The backpack's main compartment fits 4 standard reams of paper (total is 11x8.5x8) with little space on the sides (just for example). It also holds a 13-14" laptop in the sleeve or a 15" without a sleeve and is very tight, along with this paper but there is no dedicated and padded pocket for the laptops.The small compartment fits a 13-14 inches laptop or 10-11 tablet in the sleeve and many small pockets for anything.The outside pocket fits a little bit, like a phone, passport, or boarding pass, but not too much. The other compartments are convenient, then this one has a flipper above the zipper, which rather interferes with access than protects from rain. If they used a waterproof zipper without this apron it would be more convenient. But this is the only nitpick on my part.The back straps are certainly not for serious hiking, but as a city or airplane backpack, they fully fulfill their purpose.The filled backpack stands upright and doesn't fall off, which is a big plus, most of my previous ones fall on the front side.The quality itself is good, but need some time to judge about zippers and seams. I'm not a big fan of side belts and buckles in this form, but maybe sometimes they come in handy.The main thing is that this backpack fully complies with the size requirements for "Personal Item" of all American and Europe airlines, so there are no previous problems with a backpack that satisfies international Delta but does not fit domestic Ryanair or Spirit when transferring.

My fiance and I booked a 12-day trip across Italy that included multiple budget airlines (EasyJet & Ryanair), so we each bought one of these bags. Let me tell you - these were an absolute game changer! Not only did they meet the requirements for personal item size and fit very nicely under the seats, but coupled with compression packing cubes, they held all the clothes we needed for the entire 12-day trip! We avoided paying extra fees for bags AND benefitted from having our backpacks with us at all times - giving us total peace of mind throughout the trip. We also packed ours bags to the brim and they held up extremely well. I did a ton of research before buying these and I'm so glad we got them!

We each took one of these bags to Italy for a month, (no other luggage), and they worked great.One small pick, when loaded the shoulder straps cut into your arm pits. A chest strap would be a nice touch.Overall, very happy with the bag.

I spent nearly 6 weeks researching Amazo, travel vlogs, etc to find a backpack that was: small enuff for Ryanair & other econ airlines personal item/underseat bag; good quality; comfortable enuff for woman over 70 to stand in long TSA lines when bag fully packed; deep pockets outside & inside for easy access to TSA liquids bag, travel documents, cell, cords, etc; room to pack compression cube with 2-3 days clothes, etc if carry on gets checked at gate and then lost.Ordered 3 different BP's and ended up keeping this one. It exceeds all my must haves. Have already put it to the test and very happy with bag. Zippers worked well. Loved howoutside pockets arranged with netted spaces inside to hold umbrella, phone, cords,small laptop, documents, etc. Very adaptable. Has exteriorcompression straps built into design & backpack staps can be easily stowed. Just a great bag all around qether you need it for travel, school or even business. My travel buddy liked mine so much, she ordered one for herself. This BP and a small carry on are all you need for 2-4+ weeks.

I bought two of these for a trip. They hold a TON and were great for your personal carryon item. They stow easily under the seat in front of you. One of the best travel purchases I've made.

I purchased this item due to strict “personal item” dimensions for United Airlines. It held up nice for my trip to Europe and when I got home we use it for our 7 year old son when he stays at grandmas!I like that it has several pockets to place my items in and that it has clips that kept everything locked it. The shoulder straps were comfortable enough as I carried on shoulder through the airports.Overall great travel bag for personal item even on United Airlines (like I said strict!) and overnight bag for my son who has pjs, change of cloths, small pillow and small throw.On my trip it had change of clothes, meds, snacks, passport, and souvenirs on way home!

Surprisingly roomy for such a small bag, yet small enough to fit under an airline seat. I'm able to pack a laptop, power supply and cables, a presentation device or a CPAP unit, toiletries and a change of clothing in this back. The material is very lightweight and has made two trips under the seat so far without any damage, so it may be durable despite its light construction.

The straps on this bag are oddly short. I am average height for a female and the straps were stretched practically to the end in order for me to wear it. Also, the padding is higher up so it doesn't help when you wear it - like it ends before it hits my armpits (starts the shoulder). In an ideal world, the padding would end below the armpits or the padding would be adjustable so it's not just the straps pulling against your arms and shoulders. Finally, because the straps were so short, the backpack lies on the top 2/3rds of your back vs the middle of your back. I felt top heavy when the bag was full.

La mochila cumple su función, pero es excesivamente pequeña. La compré porque iba a usar Ryanair y me di cuenta que otras mochilas más grandes pasaban sin ningún problema. Pese a ser pequeña, su forma hace que sea como si estuvieras cargando una caja.

Bought this a "Will fit as Ryan Air carry on". But it is super awkward to carry. Highly uncomfortable. So you loop one strap over one shoulder, which kinda defeats the purpose of a backpack. Might have been better as a messengar bag had they designed it as such.

Great design for traveller, all essential pockets and clothing compartment, sturdy back straps, looks good
