Thuja plicata 'Western red cedar' makes a ideal hedge plant grow over 10m high if not pruned, but can be grown as a hedge from 1.5m high. Prune once or twice per year. Thuja makes a good alternative to leylandii, because its easier to maintain and can be cut hard into the old wood unlike leylandii,. Pot grown plants ready for planting. Plants are 30-40cm plus tall when supplied.
