AUKEY HDMI Switch Bidirectional 2 Input to 1 Output Supports 4K 3D HDMI Splitter 1 In 2 Out for HDTV / Blu-Ray Player / DVD / DVR / Xbox etc.

Bought this to overcome the issue with ps4 pro/ psvr hdmi. After looking into ways around it a lot of videos they suggested a splitter. The one they spoke about was called an Ibis and was a good £60. I've bought Aukey stuff before and have always been impressed at how well the stuff works, Bluetooth headphones and speakers etc.I can report it works just as well as their other product do. I can have 4k on my projector running a 2.0 hdmi and at the touch of a button switch to psvr hdmi at 1080 (screen projection)

Tried splitters before and not been impressed, however this one is, in short, perfect. It doesn't require external power and automatically detects signal direction. My specific need was to split the signal from my PS4 to my AV receiver and my 3D TV because I need my receiver for HD audio but it can't passthrough a 3D signal to the TV so now when watching a 3D film you just press a button to send the signal direct to the TV (audio via optical cable that's also connected to the receiver). Works perfectly with no handshake issues. As an added bonus the HDMI control that allows you to use the TV remote to control the PS4 works at all times even when the splitter is channelling the signal between the PS4 and the receiver, so it is genuine bidirectional splitting of the signal. The box itself is sturdy and feels high quality. Excellent purchase and great value for money.

It works exactly as it's supposed to. I use it to connect my PS4 and laptop into my monitor which only has a single HDMI port. The physical button is extremely useful and makes this device best suited for a desk or other situation where the button is easily within reach, otherwise you'd be better served getting something with a wireless remote. However as someone who uses this as part of my desk setup, it's perfect, flipping the inputs with the single push of a button is even easier than doing it via my monitor.I've been using it for two weeks now, and it's been completely flawless. The only downside is the LED which is very bright, but I just taped it over and now it absolutely isn't an issue and shouldn't overshadow what is a great product.

Love this product, primarily because of the mechanical nature of it. It's a physical Switch that doesn't need power to move from one state to the other. ie it doesn't default to one state each time it is powered on. Even when your devices are all powered off you can operate the (pleasingly mechanical) button and know that, next time you power up, you'll be on the device you want.On top of that, the strong metal casing and general chunky feel are great. It's never errored in months of daily use now.Would certainly buy again.

Great product. Can't comment on reliability but functionally it's perfect. I specifically wanted a manual switch rather than an auto-switcher that has far more potential to go wrong / mess up the HDMI-cec. This one is great and no problems thus far. HDMI-cec (viera link in my case) still works perfectly for the port that is engaged, no interference whatsoever. I use mine for input to an old AV receiver from a PS4 and the audio HDMI output of a 4k Blu-ray player.

I recently purchased this switch in order to use an Xbox One S as the input and switch between two outputs; firstly, a portable monitor and secondly, an HD television. The product is small and neat. It might surprise you how small it is, but this was not a problem for me. The switch worked straight out of the box and the press of the button provides a super fast switching between the devices. Quality was excellent on both my small Wimaxit 13" monitor and 32" Samsung television used for testing. I believed the product will be durable, but it is too soon to really judge. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Wow, I didn't expect it to be that good, frankly, but it is good.I am using it for switching between PS3 and PS4, and it works just flawlessly (yes, including sound).No distortion or any kind or picture/audio degradation.Solid five stars.

I bought this item to combine inputs from a Sky box and a DVD player into a single HDMI cable input for a wall mounted TV. This works well. The simple push switch on the front is simple to use to change the input signal and the signal source is indicated by an LED. This is actually easier than automatic switching, which relies on turning the source boxes on and off, or using a remote (these always get mislaid)Great simple and effective piece of kit!
