Good, but follow some simple precautions before using
Ok so the main thing you will probably want to know is... does it actually hold my phone securely and not slip?Well, yes and no is the answer.Make sure the dash board you are going to place it on in reasonably flat. if it is curved or uneven then the mat and your phone will fly off when you brake suddenly or turn sharply.Next, make sure the dash is clean and dust free - Do NOT use polish as the silicone will not grip.The only real issue I have is that the angle of which the phone sits at is not right for me, my dash is quite high and therefore I have to view the phone at an awkward angle. Of which you can not adjust. My other worry will be how it copes with the blazing sun shining on the rubbery silicone, but only time will tell.

Great Phone Mount
Ordered this as I was struggling to find a stand/mount to hold my Nexus 6 that didn't stick on the screen. The Nexus 6 is about as big as a phone gets and a lot of mounts just didn't go wide enough, especially as i have a hard shell case on the phone. I looked at the CD slot mounts but my car is a VW Passat with the in dash autochanger, so a slot mount wouldn't work. I liked that this doesn't have to be stuck to the dashboard so can be easily moved/removed without leaving any marks or residue.The mount looks a bit flimsy when you first unpack it, and the rubber stands don't look like they're going to stay put (as mentioned in a few other reviews), but if you make sure they're properly located they stay in place once on the dash. I've had this on my dash for a couple of weeks now and it hasn't moved at all, either with or without the phone in place. It copes fine with the size and weight of the Nexus 6, holding the phone at a good angle and is quick and easy to place the phone in, and remove it from the mount.Only negative i've found so far is i tried to use this in my girlfriends MX5 and it slid around the dash a bit. I wasn't really surprised by this as the suspension is quite firm and i was on a twisty/bumpy road, and also the dash had been polished so the mat didn't stick so well.

Great little mat
Great little mat. Comes with different size holder bits for different devices, like a sat nav. Saves having to stick it on the window with those attachments which leave those annoying little circles behind. I was surprised how well it sat on my dash, it's not a smooth finish and I was worried it wouldn't stay put, does move a tiny bit though, hence 4 stars, but hasn't left the dash board completely yet!

Love this
I do live this phone holder and it does work but the only problem i have with it is that if you out your phone portrait it does tend to fall off. Apart from that if you have it landscape it is perfect, very good quality and worth the money.

Good value - phone has never fallen!
Really good value for money as you can use it in any vehicle or any surface rather than buying new ones all the time. Obviously as long as there is a relatively flat surface in the vehicle! I bought one on a trial then ordered another 10 for my team at work. The only negative is the clips are a little insecure that you use to fit the size but my phone has never fallen out. I have an iPhone 6 plus which is massive and that has a thick waterproof case on and that still fits.

Brilliant - much better than our experience with windscreen/suction cup mounted ones. Fits iPhone 5S and iPhone 6S fine.

Brilliant product
This is just brilliant, it works in both our cars all with curved consoles, it even works over there bit that has air vents, and it has made my life so much easier, using my phone as a satnav and not being illegal. I can even answer the phone and by being up high the microphone picks my voice up. Such a simple but fantastic product. I always have my iPhone landscape in the car.

Inexpensive and effective phone holder
Fast delivery, very inexpensive and seems to hold my phone securely. Check that there is a large enough flat surface for it to rest on. There is however no way to alter the angle at which the phone is held so may not be able to use the phone as a dashcam (an option which is available with the Sygic nav app for example) or alter the angle to provide the perfect screen view.
