WI-Fi at last.
I bought this for a friend who rents a room in a house with internet access but no wi-fi and very poor phone service. I connected it to her internet cable and set it up as an access point. She connects her television and laptop to it by Ethernet cables and I set up her phone to work on wi-fi. Phone reception problems are a thing of the past, and her laptop on a direct internet connection works much faster. Rave review from her.

I needed something to address intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues with a cellular gateway appliance. This was inexpensive, easy to set up, looks nice, and works well. And the closed firmware supports MAC filtering and disabling SSID broadcast.No complaints.

literally didn't work, and amazon will NOT help you
good luck getting amazon to help with this router that didn't do the one thing it's supposed to do (connect to the internet..). upon trying to return it we were denied because we were outside the return window, even though the thing never worked. we cancelled our prime membership after this interaction. tired of getting the runaround from amazon.
