E-Audio Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker Kit Bathroom Wireless Bluetooth Amplifier Water Resistant Ceiling Speakers (2 Way)

I read the other reviews before buying and was a little sceptical to be honest, but once I installed these in my en suite bathroom I have been showing guests them and using them every day since. Outstanding quality and easy to fit with some basic DIY skills.Sound is great - some said it wasn’t that brilliant but I have no complaints and the majority of my music is rock or heavy metal stuff and the speakers never distort even at higher volumes.Really pleased and they’re even cheaper now I see - great value considering where else I could stick another set.Bluetooth range is great and reliable once set up connects easily without fail yet.Straightforward to wire up - comes with a UK plug on the end and two sets of speaker wires to screw in to the module and clip on the speakers. Easy.

Received the package today within 48 hours of placing the order. 2 hours later and they are fitted in my bathroom.Very pleased with the quality and sound from the speakers for a bathroom, and pairing easily to all of the devices I have tried so far.My only gripe is that the power supply for the bluetooth device/amplifier is a mains plug block and the device is designed for a ceiling or wall recess where plug sockets are not present. I happened to have a 12vdc 2A transformer which I wired in directly on the lighting circuit and this is working perfectly for me, coming on and off when the lights are activated.The bluetooth gently beeps when I turn on the lights (not a nastly voice confirmation) and I do not perceive any background hum (but it may be drowned out behind the whir of the extractor fan) so there is no problem if the bathroom is used without connecting audio every time.All in all, very pleased.P.S. I only decided to fit ceiling speakers after updating the existing bathroom lighing to LED and was left with large holes to fill in. It occurred to me that putting speakers in would be easier than doing a good job of patching the holes and these speakers fit the old incandescent downlighters perfectly without the need to enlarge - adding greatly to my satisfaction with the kit.

Bought these for our business premises. Got them out of the box and plugged them in to test them and, like a couple of the other reviewers stated, tinny sound with no bass. Obviously a bit concerned but decided to go ahead and install them anyway.What a transformation - after installation in a grid and tile ceiling, the sound quality improved immeasurably and there was sufficient volume to fill the space (5m x 7m) without distortion. The installation was trouble free - all necessary fixings included - and Bluetooth connected straight away. For the money, these are an absolute bargain.The only real installation challenge is how to get power to them as the supplied power supply is a 'wall wart' with a short lead. In the event, I ran a length of low voltage cable from a point near the power outlet to the amplifier (running the cable inside the stud wall and above the ceiling tiles) adding a 5.5 x 2.5mm plug at one end (to plug into the amp) and socket at the other (to connect to the plug on the power adaptor) and everything works fine (with the added bonus that you can turn the amp off when it's not in use).In short, great product.

Sound quality is tinny and distorted. Not much better than a loud mobile phone. Pretty disappointed and not sure it's worth installing.

Quick delivery and pretty decent bit of kit. Installed this in our bathroom ceiling. Now we can all bath or shower and use our connected phones to listen to our music. It's very good quality sound, actually quite bassy as well. Shame it doesn't come with a app that could be used to alter the sound (bass,treble etc like a graphic equaliser) none the less it's a damn good buy and don't have to worry about us all dropping our devices in the bath or shower now! Connecting was easy. Fitting was easy. The only hard part which has nothing to do with the product is getting an electric socket into the loft to power the system. So if you aren't technically savvy then you may need to get an electrician in to put sockets in the loft to power this. These speakers won't connect with Alexa as we tried with our Amazon dot but that's no big deal. It also won't connect with our new TV through blue tooth which is a shame as I sometimes would like to use the TV to listen to music on YouTube whilst my phone is charging but again this isn't a big deal. Maybe this could be looked into by the manufacturers as the future is all about being connected in everyway.

Nice little set of bluetooth speakers, easy to install. Pity they don't have a password.

My kids now love me (even more)! Bought these to install in to the ceiling of a downstairs shower room. Installation was easy, bluetooth connection works really well, and the sound is good (not great, but definitely good). Volume is good as well, to the extent I've had to ask the kids to turn the volume down when they're in the shower. Note that the power is from a power adaptor that has to be plugged in - I wired a plug socket in to the extractor fan circuit (all within the ceiling cavity), so that the speakers are only powered when the lights (and consequently, the extractor fan) are powered. Negatives? Only one I can think of, in that it would be nice if the bluetooth unit could somehow be configured and given a specific name - that would allow me to have other bluetooth units around the house (and named appropriately, e.g. "BATHROOM SPEAKERS" etc). Highly recommended.

Wow for the price these are punching well above their weight! Quality treble and bass , mids slightly less noticeable but still more than enough for a bathroom. Easy to install , luckily simply plugged power socket in bedroom above through floor boards for power ! Easy to setup - works with all my Bluetooth devices and over the moon tbh ! Could have spent double this and maybe not been happy . Not the most beautiful speaker to look at but won't be glared at as in the ceiling . Bargain buy. Thanks
