Have a little caution with this product. Though i'm sure it's a quality product & fine for 99% of people this made me iller than i have ever been in my life. After the recommended teaspoon in a smoothie i was vomiting for hours, had cold sweats, had trouble breathing & nearly passed out so i think i must have an allergy to one of the ingredients. I suspect maybe the Chlorella which having researched has history as an allergen. As i say i'm not knocking the product at all but i thought it right to relay my experience & it might be an idea to start with a small amount as a tester because believe me you wouldn't want to go through what i did.

I saw this powder advertised by chance and as a busy working mum, knowing that I rarely get the nutrition I need and definitely nowhere near enough fruit and veg, I decided to give it a go. All i can say is that it's some sort of magic powder, i'm absolutely amazed at how well I feel. There are two main benefits for me, the first is that my energy levels are higher than they have been in many many years (pre-kids). Somehow I feel more upbeat and positive and dare I say it...happy! The second and more important benefit to me is that since taking this powder (nearly 3 weeks) I have hardly had any headaches and my aches and pains have been greatly reduced . (Not sure if this is supposed to happen but it has) I have been taking pain relief for various things numerous times on a daily basis for years and in the last 3 weeks I have hardly had any at all. This for me is life changing as who wants to rely on paracetamol forever. I can't see myself ever not having this magic dust in my cupboard!! It tastes great in apple or orange juice, I did try it in water but it tasted just like grass so I've ditched that idea. I've talked 3 of my friends into trying it and they all agree that it's a fantastic product. My other half works shifts and is always tired and grumpy - he's like a different person (as long as he remembers to take it). I can't recommend this enough, it's great.
