It provides a convenient form of Beta Alanine that can be added to other ingredients to make a quality pre-workout drink. Beta Alanine combines with Histidine to create Carnosine in skeletal muscle. Typically, Histidine levels are sufficient for Carnosine production. Beta Alanine is often combined with Creatine (it has been touted as the ‘new Creatine’), Arginine and Citrulline Malate. Bulk Beta Alanine gives you the flexibility to dose a pre-workout as you see fit. Indications ----------- On workout days take 2g-2.5g about 15-20 minutes before exercise and 2g-2.5g immediately after exercise.
