This tends to rapidly blunt the blades so you get about a year out of a set before you need to replace them.These are accurate and well made so they should do the job for a similar length of time as other ones and they are a good price.

I've recently been trying to find the best value small flush cutters like this, and ordered 6 sets with a view to sending 5 of them back once I'd worked out which were best.I evaluated these and a few other brands against each other.Finish and feel: 5Cutting edge alignment: 3Pivot quality: 3Cut quality: 4Finish and feel is the quality of construction and how the tool feels in hand. 5 is good, 1 is crap.Cutting edge alignment is how well the cutting edges meet, 5 for extremely precise, 1 for overlapping badly or having gaps.Pivot quality is a measure of how much if any free play there is in the bearing or pivot. Free play is bad because it causes misalignment of the cutting edges with respect to each other. The best pliers have zero free play. 5 is good, 1 is wobbly as hell.Cut quality is how well the blades cut, how nice of a slice they make on something like a cable tie. 5 is good, 1 is awful.So for these particular flush cutters, well I am returning them because despite one pair of them being almost perfect in alignment terms, and the other having almost zero play in the pivot, neither of them had both of these.Still they're not bad for the money.

Just get them, their really good and light and if you are too rough with them they are cheap enough to just replace. Very good value to be fair my last pair took ages to go blunt as I only used them on electronics.

Brill !! Yes they won’t cut armour cable but if used sensibly and with some thought they are a great addition to the tool box.

A two pack of nice efficient nippers. Both pairs were small, sharp and fit your hands comfortably. They’re nice and easy to use and work really well. I didn’t expect much as they were quite inexpensive, but so far they’ve worked well. Importantly, these are for use only in softer materials like copper or snipping off cable ties which they are ideal for. For the price they’re good.

After many unsatisfactory attempts to find side cutters for jewellery making use, I bought these in the hope they would be useful. Not only do they do exactly what I need, but I got 2 sets in the parcel! Excellent quality, sharp, precise, comfortable in the hand, value for money.
