This product definitely works extremely well too open up your head if you’re stuffy or suffering from sinus drainage. I would recommend it. I just boiled water in a pan, added 4 crystals and let the aroma of the crystals throughout the house

I have been using this product for almost a year and i tell you that i am never out of it. My husband and i have sinus issues and whenever we have sinus headaaches we just add a few crystals to oyr steamer and we are good to go.I even used these while pregnant and my sinuses acted up so badly, i constantly had to rely on these crystals and it is so effective. I am currently usi g it with my son who has a cold and i just take him in the bathroom and shut the doors with a few crystals in the steamer and the cold just starts running out of his little nose. I do the same for my 5 month old niece.It is very strong so you dont need much. I tend to go through mine quickly because i use it alot for my household.Awesome product

Very fragrant and strong. It cleared up my congestion in one shower of only a sprinkle of crystals. At that rate, the supply should last for a while. FYI - they do not dissolve in cool or room temperature water. Even still, I recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and definitely avoid humidity.Update Dec. 13, 2017: I changed my rating today from 4 stars to 5 for the following reasons: After 10 months, the crystals are still potent; I only have to use a few crystals to get the desired results; because of the quality and having to use small amounts when needed, I still have about 1/3 of the jar left; I live in a very humid city, yet with proper storage the crystals are intact.Some of the lower rating that I read today mentioned poor/damaged product. I'm sure this happens, however, I'm wondering why they didn't contact the vendor for a replacement? Other negative reviews sound like majority of the lower rating are because the buyer didn't put the crystals in steam or hot water. Don't expect to open the jar and take a whiff of menthol. The best use is in hot water. This is NOT Vick's (which has the menthol already in a carrier - petroleum jelly). The crystals have to be dissolved to release the vapors.Once when I had a cold, I got a water bottle, put in a pinch of crystals and about a third a bottle of HOT water and shook it up and made myself a portable vapor inhaler. After the water cooled, you could see the crystals re-coagulate and stick to the sides of the bottle in a waxy film. I just added a little more hot water, repeated this until the vapors were used up (about 5 uses). This definitely helped relieve my upper respiratory symptoms.I have frequent out of town visitors who don't adjust well to the climate here. I run hot water in the bathroom basin, plug the drain, drop in a few crystals and leave my guest to close the door and inhale the vapors for a few minutes. Every single person who has tried it this year has complimented the results. Imagine having too much fun during Mardi Gras and feeling groggy the next day.... this is a great pick me up.I have also suggested the vapor treatment for a relative who was constipated. Have a seat... turn on the hot water in the shower with the drain plugged, toss in a few crystals.This is a must-have for every medicine cabinet. It's a great value for the all the uses.

We use this with our humidifiers. One or two crystals is all you need, and you've got a nice menthol smell in the room for a few hours. To put that in context, there are hundreds of crystals in one jar. So this thing will last a loooong time :)

This is the best peppermint crystals I've ever purchased. I used them in my pop-up steam sauna and they did exactly what I wanted and needed. I do have to caution, these are powerful so a little goes a long, long way. I used about 1/2 a teaspoon and it was a bit too much. 1/4 teaspoon and maybe even 1/8 will do the trick depending on how large an area you are using them in. My steam sauna is for one person so 1/8 to 1/4 of a teaspoon will do the trick. Great stuff! Super pleased.

They came in a pretty container the product itself is a beautiful product visually, but honestly just put Mentholatum under your nose. You certainly can’t smell this in the room when you walk in. I got it for my infrared sauna, my Mentholatum works better

Potent! They don't dissolve very well in VG for vape juice concoctions, but they do dissolve after a lot of shaking. Warming the VG would probably make it a cinch. Definitely food grade... I was able to suck on a small crystal and it was like a super powerful mint. A little goes a LONG way so be careful! Not the cheapest, but enough to probably make a year's worth or more of Menthol e-juice even chain vaping. Grab this plus a bottle of VG and start saving money on juice now. I doubt I'll bother with the cheaper brands since I now consider this a known commodity. Recommended.
